This issue occurs due to a blurred or invalid image. To overcome this, always upload a clear and up-to-date image of your IDs and a selfie. Also, make sure to upload the file of the recommended size.

Registration Failed

The registration fails due to invalid details. To solve this always provide accurate and up-to-date details. Provide the details such as name, number, and date of birth according to the official documents.

The loading issue occurs due to the slow internet connection. Make sure that you have a stable internet connection. In addition to this, always use the latest version of the Gomo Sim app

OTP Not Received

It is due to the low network connection. Wait for at least fifteen minutes, and you will get OTP. If the OTP is still not received, then try again.

Time Out

Time-out error mostly occurs due to the server being down. It occurs during the peak time, and the server crashes due to high traffic. Therefore. Try after the peak hours to overcome this problem.
