4.  Press 9 or 0 to return to the main menu.
5. To exit, simply hang up.

Inquire Balance Via SMS

Here is the step-by-step guide for balance inquiry via SMS:

1. Open your messaging app.
2. Create a new message and type the word BAL.
3. Send the message to 185.
4. You will receive a reply SMS showing your current load balance and expiration.
